Our Pre-School team of qualified staff helps the children to settle in and make friends, assesses their progress and liaises with parents, whilst ensuring that the activities on offer are tailored to each child's particular needs.
While at the Pre-School each child is assigned a Key Worker, who will take special interest in that child; helping them to settle in and make friends, assessing their progress and discussing this with parents, and ensuring that the activities on offer are tailored to the child’s particular needs.
Staff meet regularly to plan future activities, and share information about recent ones.
All our staff are assessed by Ofsted and have passed enhanced checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
