At Corfe Castle Community Pre-School we provide nurturing care and stimulating education for children aged two years and over in our fantastic purpose-built home which was completed in 2008.

We focus on providing a safe and caring environment, with lots of opportunities for children to explore new activities, so that they discover the world for themselves and learn at their own pace.  We aim to open up their horizons, help them make friends to grow up with and give them the confidence to make the most of life right from the start.

We welcome all children from Corfe Castle and the surrounding areas. We are committed to inclusivity, and value each child’s individual talents, temperament, and differences. We welcome children of any race, religion or background.

We are Ofsted regulated and inspected, with consistently good reports, and we work within the Early Years Foundation Stage – the universal guidelines for early years education which was first introduced in 2008. Our latest Ofsted inspection in September 2012 was very positive, saying that:

“Children are happy, motivated and eager to join in the wide range of fun and stimulating play and learning experiences. The skilled team of staff have a secure knowledge of how to promote children's learning and development. This means that children are making good progress in their learning.”

• We run Taster Sessions for two-year-olds and their parents or carers on Thursdays
• Confident two-year-olds are free to attend any session where there are available spaces
• We offer 15 free funded hours for eligible three and four-year-olds

Corfe Castle Kids Club operate after school clubs, holiday clubs and inset day clubs based in our building and that of Corfe Castle Primary School.

The Kids Club is open to all Pre-School and Primary School aged children from Corfe Castle and the surrounding area.
