At Corfe Castle Community Pre-School we provide nurturing care and stimulating education for children aged two years and over in our fantastic purpose-built home which was completed in 2008.

We focus on providing a safe and caring environment, with lots of opportunities for children to explore new activities, so that they discover the world for themselves and learn at their own pace.  We aim to open up their horizons, help them make friends to grow up with and give them the confidence to make the most of life right from the start.

We welcome all children from Corfe Castle and the surrounding areas. We are committed to inclusivity, and value each child’s individual talents, temperament, and differences. We welcome children of any race, religion or background.

We are Ofsted regulated and inspected, with consistently good reports, and we work within the Early Years Foundation Stage – the universal guidelines for early years education which was first introduced in 2008. Our latest Ofsted inspection in February 2009 was very positive, saying that: “Overall the quality of the provision is good with outstanding features. It provides a good standard of education in a bright, purpose-built environment. The children make good progress and really enjoy their learning.” Click here to read the full report.

• Our Monday and Wednesday morning sessions are open to confident two-year-olds
• We run Taster Sessions for two-year-olds and their parents or carers on Thursdays
• Once your child is two and a half they are able to attend any session
• We offer 15 free funded hours for eligible three and four-year-olds

Corfe Castle Kids Club operate daily after school clubs as well as holiday clubs and inset day clubs based in our building and that of Corfe Castle First School.

The Kids Clubs are open to all Pre-School and Primary School aged children from Corfe Castle and the surrounding area.

Corfe Castle Kids Club runs daily after school clubs where the activities are changed regularly to keep them interesting. Activities include sports, art, dance, drama, football training, cookery and lots more!

Corfe Castle Kids Club runs on selected days during every school holiday and half-term as well as school inset days. They have regular sport, music, art, craft, science and cookery sessions. They also put on  themed sessions such as kite making, Easter egg hunts or pirate map making.
